Is this Rash?

For the last 2 weeks I am seeing a very small white pus-filled bumps under my right armpit. They are not present in abundant. I see increase in numbers in the evening when I return from playing soccer. They are very small and usually gets broken when I scratch them. The area is itchy when they are present.The area is not red in color and the skin around this area is pretty normal with the other armpit.As of now they are not spreading to other parts of the body as yet but, I have seen or or two bumps under my left armpit a few days too. But, is primarily present under my right armpit.

1. Is this a sort of rash? or this is something else?
2. Can this be HIV related rash? I had a sexual encounter with a women of unknown status about 45 days ago.

We see more of a generalized rash with constitutional symptoms like fever, and lymph nodes.
