Is this a Melanoma

I just had a mole removed and the pathology came back moderately to severe dysplastic compound nevi and i need to go back to have a rexcision. 5 years ago i had a melanoma in situ removed. If this new mole was a melanoma the report would have stated that right? Also have a history of breast cancer so am paranoid.

Surely it would have been reported.Do not worry and get it removed.
