Is this curable?

I've had the same problem as another men I just read about.
I have a red rash on the shaft of my penis since I slept with a woman and it got bumpy and swollen a bit.
My foreskin became sensitive, especially after intercourse with a women but I asked my girlfriend if she was clean and she said she was. We went to a private clinic and they did tests on both of us and it all came negative. I got prescribed 2 creams that worked for a short period of time but everytime I masturbated or had intercourse with a women I was very easily irritated. The bumps and rashes subsides when I do not have sexual actions but I still have an unusual red foreskin and some crater like scars have stayed. All this appeared at the same time as a tiny lump on my leg( at the intersection between my crouch and my leg). I've been carrying this problem for over a year now and I am now very tired of this. The doctors do not know what I have and think it is simple irritations. It does not hurt when i go to the bathroom, and I sometimes have anal irritations.
