Is this herpes?

A few days ago, I noticed a red bump on my lower thigh. It hurts when I touch it and when I walk, since it’s rubbing against my boxers. I started to get worried and wondered if I had herpes. First, I haven’t had sex in over a month and about a week. I did have unprotected sex, but my partner is clean from what I’m aware of. I read about the symptoms of herpes and I haven’t had any. The red bump doesn’t itch, and there is a little small white dot at the tip. I squeezed it and puss did come out. There are no other bumps or anything next to it. From what I’ve read, herpes outbreaks are many blisters grouped together, and that’s not what I have. Can herpes cause you to have just one red bump? It does look similar to a big pimple. I’ve looked at pictures of both herpes and folliculitis and it doesn’t look to be like herpes in my opinion. Here is a link to a picture I took of it:

Is that possibly herpes or folliculitis?

Looks like a mole to me.  Could be folliculitis., too  Certainly doesn't look like herpes.  Show someone in person.
