Is this herpes?!

I masturbated rigorously the night prior..without using lubricant...I was kinda drunk..in any event I was too lazy to wash off so I just hit the bed.  I wake up the next morning and notice a red rash with a red bump on the shaft of my penis.  I freak out and start scratching at it and I basically tear the skin and make a papercut (scratch)  on my shaft.  Around the scratch is alot of dry white flaky skin..even on the head of my penis from mastrubating rigoroursly...  I freak out, but within two days it's fully healed.  A week goes by a whitehead forms on the spot where the healed scratch was located...I pop the whitehead and puss comes out....granted this scratch/whitehead was never sore....never hurt...no flu like symptoms.  I squeeze the whitehead and now my shaft stays red for about 2 days and subsides to normal.  WTF IS THIS?  herpes? irritation?!

It's most definitely irritation. I suggest you stop watching your "area" so closely, if you keep looking at it, you will think you have everything. Herpes is pretty unmistakable. You may want to get tested for ease of mind.
