Is this ingrown hair problem? Pictures included. Please help!
It seems to affect all my hair above the upper lip but I never had this problem anywhere else on the face.
Please post a detailed treatment of what should I buy and do for each day. And approximately how long it takes to see results (I'm an idiot that abandons stuff if it doesn't work quickly).
I've tried removing the part that covers the hairs with a needle but it doesn't seem to do any good because it irritates the skin even more and it seems as if the dead skin comes back.

As of now try applying some calamine lotion. Some respond very well to short course of ext. application of hydrocortisone, short term.
