Is this jock itch?

I itch every day on my inner thighs, back of my thighs, all over my rear in the boxer area.  I use baby powder and anti fungal creams all over and does relieve for minor period of time then it's back to itching.  I've used calimine lotion and it temporary cooled area off but didn't solve the problem not did the inflamed area go down.  It looks like jock it because its red and raised bumps around the affected areas.  But I can't seem to treat it.    If I lack sleep I notice that's when the itching is unbearable and my only way to relieve the itching is to scratch it even though I'm not supposed to.   But when the itching gets so bad that I can't just ignore it is when I scratch.     What else can I try?   This is a never ending battle.   Been at this for years.

I used vitamin e capsules. I busted them open and rubbed the oil onto affected area. 2-3 days it was gone and relieves itch. It worked for me. I hope it works for you
