Is this serious?

I'm 29 years old and recently was told by my doctor I have eczema on my hands. I have it really bad. Everything they prescribed me has not worked. It is very painful. I can't take the itchiness and the knife like cuts on my fingers. And I also have a new concern, I noticed a brownish color on my right hand on my knuckle area slighty on my finger near pinky. What could this be and should I be worried??

Thank you. I will ask my doctor about this. It really has become obsessive with the itching to the point I do it in my sleep bc I wake up and have some bleeding. My fingers are swollen from this. Not that I want to remove them  but my wedding ring won't move past the knuckle. I really hope it helps. Thanks again :)

I am not a doctor but have suffered similar symptoms with the itching hand and cracks that bleed from itching. My doctor gave me an rx for Betamethasone Dipropionate Cream and it has helped a ton.  =0)
