Is this serious?

Bumps the same color as my skin have been erupting on the upper part of my forearm (only one) and in between and on my fingers on the back of both my hands (about 5 on each hand). They range from about 1/8 in to 1/4 in. I've had them for about a week now and the first bumps to erupt are now flattened, more visible, and very dark with scabs on top. They did itch, thats how I noticed them but not a lot. It started off as one or two, and after that there was a new one each day. Anyone know what this is? Is it serious?
