Is this sexual transmissible disease?

Hi everybody,

Could somebody tell me about strange buttons that start red and painfully, and end dry crust! They appear on my right and left thigh!
Here is what they look like:

Thanks for your answer.
Actually, this is not on the genital organs but on my leg.
However, I have other symptoms on the genital and scrotum. The are not blister but rather dry wounds! It itch me a lot, around the rectum and scrotum!

Hello,
Herpetic sores is an important possibility from your symptoms. When signs do occur, they typically appear as one or more blisters on or around the genitals or rectum. The blisters break, leaving tender ulcers (sores) that may take two to four weeks to heal the first time they occur. Typically, another outbreak can appear weeks or months after the first, but it almost always is less severe and shorter than the first outbreak.

Herpes also presents with red itchy blisters which scab over. Herpes simplex is most easily transmitted by direct contact with a lesion or the body fluid of an infected individual. Transmission may also occur through skin-to-skin contact during periods of asymptomatic shedding.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
