It it sebaceous cyst?

I'm sorry that I'm not good at English.  I have 3 small bumps or nodes or anything I am not sure what to call.  They located near my right ear near my Parotid Surgery Wound.  (7 years ago I have ever had surgery of Paratid Grand Tumour, It's not Paratid cancer but it's only a tumour)  Now there are 3 small bumps near the scar.  I went to see many doctors but she said she was not sure what they are.  She said they may be Sebaceous Cyst.  This 3 bumps size 0.5 mm. for each.  I think it like Sebaceous Cyst but one thing that I'm not sure is that it is not easily to move for 1 bump and it's too small to move for other 2 bumps.  But it has the clear edge.  it is hard like Sebaceous Cyst but only it may not easily to move.  Later I went to asked ENT doctor who has ever has surgeon the Paratid Grand for me.  She said they were Sebaceous Cyst.  But I still not sure because it seem deep and cannot move easily.  She explain it may located near soft bone so it may not easily to move freely.  If I pull out the skin over them.  These 3 bumps won't move with the skin.  She said I can be possible because the process to close wound may effect  Sebaceous Cyst under the wound.

I'm not sure what they are.  Now I'm fear... I'm very fear so much.  I cannot sleep or do anything.  Please help.
1. Are they possible to be  Sebaceous Cyst?
2. Is it possible that  Sebaceous Cyst cannot move freely?  Why it didn't move with the skin when I pull my skin?
3. What they are?  for your opinion

I forgot one event.  1 week after the Parotidectomy.  The nurse leaves many sature (stitch) around my wound.  She may be a new nurse.  After remove stitch from the surgical wound,  I had to go back to the hospital again because the remaining stitch.  The doctor found 4-5 stitch around the wound some of them are small.  Is it possible that the lump or bump is the react of the stitch that may still leave under my scar?  Because I notice that 3 small lumps are under the scar line.  Please help...

Welcome to the Dermatology Expert Forum!

All the explanations you were given by different physicians so far support the diagnosis of Epidermoid cyst (Sebaceous Cyst). However, you should be able to answer few questions to yourself:

1. Is there a central opening, plugged maybe by a blackhead on each or any of lesions;
2. Have you tried to squeeze them?
3. Did tick yellow material with distinctive unpleasant odor drained from there?

Positive answers on those questions would support diagnosis you were given earlier.

And, yes, Epidermoid cyst are small or not so small nodules easy to move around with fingers. In your case, that mobility might be limited by postoperative tissue alterations in that area.
In conclusion, having in mind your medical history, performing a biopsy would be very appropriate to eliminate any doubts.

Wishing You Optimal Health,
