I was browsing through the archives and i found a post that was about acne and masturbating. it said there was no relationship between either.
i can say though, that i have experienced acne due to masturbating now for at least 4 years. i am 19 years old, and when i do masturbate, acne will form on my face and on my scalp. when i don't masturbate for awile, my face will clear up totally. when i went to the doctor, he prescribed me erythromycin 2% topical solution for what he said was a bacteria on my scalp. this cleared it for a little while, but when i masturbated again it would come back.
This has been a problem for awile and i would like to find out what this really is, especially the acne type things on my scalp. if you have any answers please let me know.

If you're serious, I don't get your question: You're sure masturbation causes acne, but you want me to tell you what causes it?
I don't know what causes acne. As for bumps on the scalp, that may be clogged pores, but is different from acne pimples. Sometimes bacteria cause that one.
Erythromycin often helps. If not, there are alternatives. Ask your doctor.
