Itchiness

Last summer I had protected sex with a girl who later told me she had cancerous spots on her cervix, I assumed hpv, so I became scared and checked myself constantly for any sign of warts, about two weeks later a small cluster of bumps appeared just below the head on the foreskin.  I had never noticed it before.  I went to a dr, and was told it was just a bump, it would go away, I wanted other opinions, so I went to a dermatologist and was told the same.  After a full month no change, it didn't look like pictures I've seen, nothing like a cauliflower but it still bothered me, so I tried to pop it.  It was a little bit hard but I was able to poke it and water came out of it, followed by blood, I was really confused by all of this.  However there was still a small cluster of bumps there, that never got any larger or any smaller so I talked a doctor I know into freezing the area.  After almost a year nothing has really grown back there, there is a small raised scar and it looks a little pinkish sometimes.
I still feel some itching and discomfort in the area even though the operation was performed last August.  It wasn't until around Nov that I started noticing an itching burning sensation in the area.  I just wanted to know is it normal after this long to still feel the itching burning sensation? I've tried using stuff to treat jock itch on it and nothing worked.  Any ideas on what it was or how to end the itching

It's normal to fell burning if you keep obsessing about it.  I think you've shown pretty clearly that you never had warts to begin with.  Time to forget about it and move on, I'd say.  If the itch persists, you should have it looked at on its own terms.

Take care.

If you have heard of anything like what I may have had I would like to know, I just assumed maybe I irritated it badly or something and some type of hard blister bumps appeared I guess thats the only way to describe it
