Itching all over Body

Hi, Can any one please help me.

About 5 months ago, I had protected sex with a girl that I didnt know. However, within a week, I had sharp tingling/ burning pain in my penis.

Following that I went to the doctor who thought I could have had Gonnarhea and Chylamidiya. He prescriped me antibiotics which caused me to have IBS.

However, I have tested negative for all STD, and HIV. I tested negative at 3 months for HIV, following exposure.

Following this I have recently developed itching all over my body including my face but with no rash. I also have tingling/burning in my hands and feet.

Most of the itcyness is in my face. I also have two ulcers in my mouth. This happend the same time that itchyness started.

Can someone please tell me what this is?. All my B12 and sugar levels are okay?. Thinking this was HIV, I again tested and the results are negative at 5 months.

What could this be?. Has anyone experience these symptoms before.

have you found any answers to your symptoms?, I have similar problems but my doctots keep telling me I'm fine. I've seen 4 GP 1 dermatologist and I seeing an infectious disease specialist this week. PLEASE let me know if you find any clues
