Itching at the head of penis and under the foreskin

Hi, recently I have noticed itching at the round border of penis head and also under the foreskin. I am not sure the itching is present in the penis head or under the foreskin. Also I noticed a white creamy material under the foreskin and around the penis head. I am not circumcised. I daily rinse throughly but the next morning it appears again. The itching will be normally in the morning and while going to bed. From last one month I didn't have intercourse. If I pull the foreskin back, it appears to be slightly red at some areas. I am worried about STD (sexually transmitted disease).  And also that creamy material seems to be more and more day by day. Can anybody please help to get rid of it.

The symptoms are suggestive of balanitis. Oral course of antibiotics is needed. In addition, please don’t use any cosmetics on the penis, instead use some topical antimicrobials like Bacitracin or Lotrimin. Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin. In case the symptoms persist then please consult a urologist/dermatologist for evaluation and antimicrobials and steroids prescription.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. Thanks for your valuable openion... As you said I soaked the penis head after retracting foreskin in warm water. but to that water I added some salt before soaking. Now I got rid of the problem. Thanks once again for your time and effort...
