Itching genitals and small burning bumps on face

I am a 18 year old male. I'm not sexually active. A couple of days ago I started noticing itching/burning around my mouth. Little red bumps that are hardly noticeable started to appear around my lips. Then, my genital began to itch. The skin is red in the areas that are itching but there are no bumps visible. Now, three days later, the itching has intensified on my penis along with the burning sensation around my lips. Very tiny pimple like blisters have begun to appear around my lips. I've been taking benadryl, thinking that it could be an allergic reaction to something, but it has not remedied the problem. I have no prior history of allergies. Is there something that someone can tell me about this, I'm a college student and I can't exactly go see a doctor right now.
