Itching penis,crease between thigh and buttocks/rash

I developed an itch in the creases of my thigh and buttocks. They often itch but the rash even when dry has not gone away. Also I have an unbearable itching on my pnis and the head is scaly dry with some redness. Once there was some burining on urination, I have resisted itching because the penis has swelled to relieve the itch at times. what should I do? I have not been sexually active but i have used a heated pool and jacuzzi in condo complex. I did not have this problem before moving here.

This could be allergic reaction, dermatitis, eczema, or bacterial infection.

You should maintain clean personal hygiene. It would help to wash all your clothes in an antiseptic solution like savlon or dettol (chlorhexidine).

You should talk to your doctor about your diagnosis and also if you need to do another course of antibiotic treatment.

Try wearing lose clothes and apply calamine lotion at the site and see if it helps with your symptoms.

I developed an itch and rashes in between my legs with redness. actually i maintain cleaning every morning and before I sleep using sulfur soap and applying katiales ointment but still the itch , redness and rashes to my skin continously develope. since i remember that i had bathing at public seashore in our town. what should I do?

I HAD AN ICHING AT THE CREASE BETWEEN THE BUTTOCKS .NOW THE SKIN IS PEALED OFF .IA M AN DIABETIC .I HAVE USED KETAKENAZOLE THINKINK IT IS AN FUNGAL FOR 5 DAYS BUT NO USE PLS HELP ME
