Itchy, dry white patches on inner thigh

I have itchy white patches on the skin on my inner thigh close to the groin region.
What can I do to get rid of them?

Hello,
For your symptoms fungal infection like tinea corporis should be ruled out. What you need to do is consult a dermatologist and get a KOH examination of the skin scrapings of the penis and a biopsy of small skin sample done. KOH examination of the area will clarify whether it is fungal infection or not.
Hope that this information helps and hope that you will get better soon.

Wishing you good health.

There are only patches, no bumps.
The skin area in those parts are rough. When I take a bath these white patches go but I can still feel and see them.
