Itchy/ semi painfull rash on base of penis

I got very drunk with my partner and we thought it was a good idea to hollow out a cinamon roll and place over my shaft while she ate if off.  We had sex right after then fell asleep.  

The next day I had a red bumpy irritation at the bottom of my shaft and top of my scrotum.  The rash has spread slightly to the side of my shaft with a few random red bumps close to the head.  It has been over a week and it is not improving.  I have a spot that split open at the base just above the scrotum, no bleeding but itches and slightly burns.

I have been applying jock itch treatment for close to a week and no luck.  I just started eating yogurt thinking it may be a yeast infection.  Any ideas?

An irritant dermatitis would respond to hydrocortisone creme.Do consult your doc.
