Itchy Feet for 4 months!

Hi

I have had VERY Itchy feet for 4 months now! Its on the bottom the top my toes my nakles and the bottoms of my legs (below the calf) EVERWHERE! I have tried lamisil for athelets foot - nothing, Ive tried antihystomines for an allergic reaction - nothing, i have tried changing shoes looking for contact from shoes - nothing, ive also tried keeping them cool and dry - nothing! There is no rash or soreness or swelling! just itchy! Please help it is driving me mad!

Hi,

This could be dermatitis , eczema or allergic skin reaction to some unknown substance.

Are you allergic to any specific substances? Have you taken any medications for the lesions?

You should keep the areas clean, wear cotton socks to avoid sweating, use a powder to keep the areas dry , use calamine lotion at the sites. Oral antihistamine medications would help if the lesions are itchy.

If your symptoms persist it would be best to consult a skin specialist because nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions.
