I have this, what could be a rash, on my inner thigh. Its red and has bumps on it, but only when its wet like after taking a shower or putting vaseline on it. Apply calamineCalamine Calamine plain Calamine topical Calamine-phenol lotion at the site of the lesions and see if it helps. You could take some oral antihistamine medications like cetrizine or loratadine. You should keep the areas clean and maintain good personal hygiene.
