Itchy Skin - No Rash - No Redness

Itchy skin - Nothing Helps
I have an itch. I have NO Marks. NO Redness. I have seen a dermatolgist twice. He sees nothing ,but gave me two lotions.
I have used "ALL" Allergy Free Detergent. I have not changed my diet. There's no bedbugs and my laundry is professionaly washed. The Itch starts from the small of the back where the buttocks begins. For that exact spot nothing helps, except cortizone lotion. Then the Itch works its way up my entire back annd chest. My back gets somewhat better from a dermatoligist perscriped lotion or gold bond powder. But nothong really helps the other spot. I tried Alegra, Claritin, Gold Bond Powder, lotion from the dermatoligst, and the best over the counter products. Nothing really helps form more than a few hours. Someone told me this could be a neurological problem.
Please help I am not able to sleep.
