Itchy Skin -PLEASE HELP-

Hi I'm a 16 year old male. I will just write it all out and hopefully you will be able to help me..

Mostly my Chest, next my face, and then My back.. In order is the level if Sever Itchyness..
It usually happens When I get physicall Like Running, Playing Sports, BUT It also happens even at random times
like when I get nervous or even simple 10 minute walks going and coming home from school.. etc... Now I only really Get nervous at the fact that Im scared that its going to happen Cuz I get red spots on my face and neck area, and chest and thats very embarassing especially at school or even walking home.. I would usually Go to the bathroom as soon I feel it happening and wait a about 5 minutes for it to go away and so does the Red spots.. The spot sizes are about A Quarter or dollar its not even really bumpy.. Its just like patches of my skin turns red...
Now I know youl probably tell me to forget about it.. Trust me Ive tried and that hasnt done anything, Like I said it still happens just randomly..

-Now lets talk about when It first started
This year around Christmas it first happened I thought It was Dry skin and so Did my mom so the next couple weeks I started taking Some moisterizers.. Not the cheap ones!  After a couple weeks it really started to affect me socially ( not wanting to go out ) ( play sports ) etc.. its really sad actually.. I nagged my parents to get me to see a doctor.. but random and bad timing prolonged the wait.. Well ofcoursse I finally saw a specialist and like usually The guy didnt know smack and just said ''well can i see the rash, i cant give u anything unless I can see what it is'' Like i said it comes and goes.. I cant just command it, and the rednes disapears after like 5 minutes after The intence uncontrollable urge to itch.. N im pretty pain tolerant btw... Anyways he gave me these enhanced Alergy Pills.. Wich made the itch not be as intence.. But the redness is still there.. The itch is still annoying and it all still affects me...

Now lets eliminate some possibilities
-I wasnt born with this
-Its not hives(pretty sure because as of now its happened for about a year.. What hives last a whole year long..
And literally for like a weekend Id stay inside and take anti hive (alergy pill) meds and the itch would still come...
- Not bedbugs or bugs or anything cuz then all my family/house would have it...
-And I dont think Im alergic to my own sweat either.. Because I think ur born with that.. And It still happens even if Im not sweating...

Im so desperate for an answer or help..

Hello,
From the symptoms it can be cholinergic urticaria. . It is a form of chronic hives that is caused by an increase in body temperature but can be idiopathic also. Take some antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin and apply some calamine lotion on the hives. If the symptoms persist then please get it examined from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Hi, I started taking Claratin every day and still didnt seem to help.. I different allergy pills and benedryl.. Nothing is working and its really starting to depress me and affect my life, I quit All my sports and rarely go out, Its extremely uncomfortable to itch in public and very embarrassing. We went to the doctor, My doctor was sick and he had a replacement and she didnt seem very helpfull because she just said ''Well I cant do anything for you because I cant see it'' and I explained that I cant just command it to appear!! So ill be going back to my actual doctor within the next few days..

Hello,
Although the physical stimulus that triggers the cholinergic urticaria might be considered to be heat, the actual precipitating cause is sweating. Another main cause of cholinergic urticaria is stress, especially among teenagers.
