Itchy blisters around wart

I had developed 2 warts on my right palm a few months back (a big one on my little finger & a tiny one towards the base of my thumb). On consultation with a dermatologist he advised me to freeze it and i did as i was told. 2 weeks after the freezing they started reappearing at the same spot again. this time i used a homeopathic ointment called thuja to treat it.this seemed to work as the wart got swollen up and pus started to come for a couple of days and finally the pain started to lessen and the wart seemed to be healing. but a few days back i developed small tiny itchy blisters around the warts.these blisters have gown in size and become big. they are not painful like warts but itchy. i noticed that they have appeared in skin that was in contact with the wart pus which was flowing from the ward some days back. Kindly advice...

I advise to see another dermotologist for a second oppinion.
