Itchy bumps on inner left thigh

I am 21 years old, female. I have no idea how I got these but once day (a few days ago) I felt my left inner thigh getting itchy, and when I checked it, I saw small pinkish-redish bumps on my inner left thigh and also on the left side of my vagina. But my right side is perfectly fine.

It's a male in these pictures, but the bumps look similar to what I have.
I know this isn't an std because i'm a virgin. I shaved my legs a few days ago but I didn't touch my genital area.
I'm freaking out because it looks horrible!
It's itchy and sometimes it feels kind of hot down there. Please help!
