Itchy forearms

I have extremely itchy forearms. It starts of just being itchy then once I start scratching, small red dots occur. After the scratching about 3-4mm round sores occurs with a see-through liquid seeping out of them.

It kind of sounds like the DH rash I had from Celiac disease, so see a doctor and ask if they could be from that.
