Itchy hands, inbetween fingers and water bubbles

What is the cure for this problem.  itchy fingers and I relieve them by either really hot water or itch between my fingers.  I have tryed Benadryl, Cordisone Cream, and A & D ointment.  Nothing seems to work.  I am so tired of my hands looking like this and then after the hot water they look like a massive burn victim.  Now they are dry and peeling but still I get that tingle like they are ready to bust out in itchiness again.

Hi. I have something between my fingers like hyper pigmented patches with thick layer. The dermatologist gave me betamethasone (cortisone) ointment and emollient. This was from many years and the progression of treatment is so slow. I don't know is that eczema, or what?  It neither itches nor burn me... this patches troubling me and I want to cure it...

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
The symptoms are due to dyshidrotic eczema. Eczema is a form of chronic dermatitis (rash).Allergic reaction is one of the important causes of eczema.

Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. You can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps. For mild-moderate eczema a weak steroid may be used (e.g. hydrocortisone as dermacort), whilst more severe cases require a higher-potency steroid (e.g. clobetasol propionate, fluocinonide). Eczema can be exacerbated by dryness of the skin. Use good quality moisturizers to prevent moisture loss from the skin.

If still the symptoms do not improve then please get a clinical examination done by a dermatologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries. Kind regards.
