Itchy leeking spots on my toe

Hi,
Rencently the toenail of my big toe became infeccted after I stubbed it. It was swollen and had posion in it. My toe nail came off, ever since I have been getting small itchy blisters on top of my toe. When I scratch them they leek fluid, it is clear and not smelly. The skin at the base of my nail is also itchy but doesn't have any spots. I have been using anti-septic and iodine solution on it also I have taken penicillan but the spots seem to be increasing. What should I take to get rid of the infection.
