Itchy little bumps

I have severe itchy bumps on both sides of my inner thighs. They dont itch during the day and always start at night. They're all around eachother and the itching is really annoying. The bumps literally look like the back of a crunch bar. Can you please provide me with some valuable information about what I may have. Thank you.

From the symptoms the possibility of scabies needs to be ruled out. It is an infestation of the skin with the Sarcoptes scabiei mite. It is characterized by intense itching, usually at night and by small insect-type bites lesions on the skin. Diagnosis of scabies is made by scraping the skin and viewing the material under a microscope to see the characteristic mite or eggs.

To confirm the diagnosis I suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
