Itchy rash or bumps on nose

I have this small rash or bumps on my nose for about 3 or 4 weeks. I have used Nystatin and also Mupirocin and neither one has helped. What can it be and what can I try?

my vdrl ( rpr ) test report showing VDRL ( RPR ) in dilution reactive ( 1 :16 )
afterwards i showed report to doctor. He advices me to do TPHA test  now i am very worried about. Please doctor tell me is this disease cure 100% our not.

The symptoms are suggestive of contact dermatitis. Irritant dermatitis, the most common type of contact dermatitis, involves inflammation resulting from contact with acids, alkaline materials such as soaps and detergents, cosmetics, or other chemicals.

Avoid using any lotions and creams over the face for the meantime. Wash your face with a mild cleanser with moisturizing properties like Cetaphil. Pat your face dry. Then apply a good hypoallergenic moisturizer over the area and see if this improves.If the symptoms still persist then you can apply mild steroid like dermacort.
