Itchy red bumps around groin

it has been a few weeks now, since groin has been itching and red bumps start to come up and and replaced by dark grey area, it started spreading and the area around it is surrounded by red bumps and still spreading and itchy and i'm pretty sure it's not STD, help

It can be due to eczema, erythrasma or fungal infections although erythrasma is more likely. The red bumps can be due to scabies bites and it should also be ruled out. Diagnosis of scabies is made by scraping the skin and viewing the material under a microscope to see the characteristic mite or eggs.
