Itchy red bumps possible gluten allergy

What is the difference between eczema and DH (gluten allergy)? I have had two test a biopsy and a floresent biopsy, the floresent said i didn't have DH so at that point I went off the diet and within a week I was broke out again. Is there a way to find out if I have eczema vs. DH, I am very good with my gluten diet and don't know why I am still breaking out like this out of the blue, I probably haven't had a breakout in 3 months. My first test that diagnosed me with DH was done in Nov. 07. I had my first child in Feb. 06 and we built a house in 06-07, so I have had some stress but I have never been allergic to wheat rye barley and oats before in my life. Actually I only used to eat wheat products? What I have are tiny red bumps that are very itchy, they appear to be bilateral but one side always is worse than the other. Also if I itch it seems to make more bumps appear but it doesn't spead everywhere or anything and no oozing. Please help.
