Itchy red pimples on buttocks

I have these very itchy pimples/bumps on my buttocks. Does anyone know what they are?

These can be due to folliculitis skin which is due to the friction between skin and clothes causing irritation and hence irritated and infected hair follicles. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful.

If the symptoms persist then get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
