Itchy skin, red bumps.

I've had some weird skin thing since I was little. I'm currently 20 years old. My dad also has the same thing I do, and we are very much alike.

I get these little things on my skin. It seems to show up everywhere but my head. I get them in random spots as well. Since I was little my dad and I have had extremely sensitive skin. Mine more so than his. I get them mostly on my arms, as well as my adomen region. Pretty much, its like my pores, and in and around my hairs get filled up with what seems to be gunk. Sometimes they get so itchy and deep that I have to squeeze them out. They also can stick out of my pore, and when I see them I scratch them off. They are also very dry. But before it hits the surface and they're still underneath, they are like little moist balls of skin. They don't get red or infected unless I scratch at them. Sometimes they bleed a little bit, and they scab over and then scar.  Sometimes when I sweat more, they get infected, then become red, and puss up. Under my arms is bad for that, as I've been trying different types of deordorant. Dad thinks it's just very dry skin buildup in my pores, but I believe it's something else.

Sometimes they are little, and sometimes they are big.

I use a body cloth that is a little rough on my skin so when I shower in the morning it gets rid of all the dry itchy ones that stick out on the surface but they just come back.  I feel like I'm gone to a dead end, and that no one knows what it actually is.

I've been to my doctor, over the passed few years. At one point she gave me some medication for my pores. Something about my pores being too big, and the medication she gave me made me sick to my stomach so I stopped taking it. Now she's got me doing Nix treatments and I've done one already, and did it a second time tonight. I'm not seeing any change with this treatment.

Help? i've been trying to deal with this all my life and nothing has helped.
