Itchy small lumps popping up everywhere PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP

It's been a few days. Three days ago I noticed itching all over my entire neck, back, chest, sides, shoulders, and hips. No bumps, lumps, or anything formed. Two days ago, I was scratching thinking it was just dry skin or whatever because bumps formed. However, I got home from eating and the effected areas had bumps and were large due to my scratching. So I had my room sprayed down for bed bugs and my bed encased in a nylon bed cover. This morning I woke up wondering if I could go to school or I'd look too much like a clown with pink lipstick had raped me. So I looked in the mirror carefully and the effected areas were all cleared up and looked normal. However, I looked down at my legs and they were covered. So I decided to stay home today. I was all looking normal again until I took a shower and noticed my hip had formed bumps again. I figured if I didn't scratch, they would leave. I just went to the bathroom a few minutes ago to discover they enlarged and have spread to my butt and my foot. I promise I am not being bitten because I think I would notice hundred of creepy crawlers walking on my and sucking my blood. Please, what is this?!?! And how do I rid my life of this?! Oh, and the bumps start out the size of... with a diameter of about 1cm.

Sudden appearance of an itchy rash on generalized body part is suggestive fo some viral infection. Apply calamine lotion on these bumps and you can take some OTC oral antihistamine medications like Benadryl or Claritin and see if it helps.
Also take some acetaminophen if there is a fever.
