I've been getting a boils on my body every 2-3 weeks

I have one boil on my butt now, so every time I sit down it hurts. This summer i've had a boil in multiple places. On my left inner thigh then it goes away and it appears on my right inner thigh. Then it goes away and comes back on my left inner thigh. I've had it on multiple places on my butt as well. Its usually 1 boil at a time. Though there have been like 2 time where I had 2 boils at a time.

Last summer I had boil on my butt and it became very messy, a lot of liquid and blood came out. I felt pain for like 2 months from that.

Whats this problem called?

Whats the best solution for this problem?

I'm uninsured and unemployed.
