i have psoriasis of the scalp went to dermatologist they gave me clobetasol propionate solution it just set my head to burning and i broke out in red sploches even on the forehead they sent Kenlog out i have used it and it does not help also they said try cortizone cream to heal the sploches it does not help also i have used mometasone o.i percent no luck i use dove soap would it hurt for me to use mineral oil on my scalp and what will help these sopre places on forehead will mineral oil hurt it after washing
