Just another Rash??

I too have had a rash for going on almost 3 years.  I have been to every dr imaginable.  I was in the hospital for three days where thy pumped me full of pregnizone.  The head of Dermotology said he was stumped.  I have been diagnosed with Lupus or Dermatomyositis. (They are guessing as they do not know) I have the rash but my blood work is all normal.  To make a long story short, at 46 I stopped having my period and could not figure out why, well folks listen up.....  The reason for all my problems, rash, etc is ASPARTAME!  I got hooked on sugar free popcicles after I had surgery 5 years ago, which are full of aspartame.  After one week of not haveing anything containing aspartame, my period is back to normal, the itch is gone and the rash is starting to clear up.  I have told my family, friends and everone I know to stay away from equal, aspartame, etc.  hope my story helps someone.  I took almost 3 years, 16000.00 woth of hospital bills and my sanity to figure out it is all caused by aspartame.
