Knot on my leg

I have a knot that has come up on my leg below the knee. You can see it as well as feeling it. It does not hurt to touch but my whole leg cramps and is uncomfortable to the point that it is bothersome. I took a fall 2 months ago that hurt my back and I am still having problems with that. I worry about a blod clot, do you think this is a true concern for a blood clot
