LIGHT LITTLE SPOTS ON MY BODY

im 14 years old. i have light little spot that have been growing on my neck since i was 10 years old. now is spreading all over my body. i try to scrub my neck to remove it but still their. my parents buy me soap that can help clean if but it doesnt help. what should i do? do i have some kind of diseases ?

Looks like Tinea versicolor caused by yeast. A clotrimazole creme as prescribed by your doc should clear this.
