I have about 4 of theise running more or less parrellell. I wonder if you could help me because none of my family have it but its quite embassising when i get my hair cut because it shows up easily. I dont know if you understand by the best that i can describe it as is that if you look at any normal persons hairline/ scalp shape from the front of the face, its more or less round but when you look at mine its like bumpy at the scalp. im quite worried and upset. can you help me please. thanks

hi, i have exactly the same type lines as you are describing.
I have noticed them over the past year.bbI have been suffering from stress and anxeity for about two years and started getting a lot of muscle tension and tension headaches.  Sometime later I noticed these lines on my head. I think they are muscle related, due to tension. I have not found a way to relax these muscles as yet but I am hoping in time as my anxity and tension is getting better the lines will subside.

i have this same problem. i have had my hair short for about 5 years now and never noticed them before. recently i let my hair grow out and when i cut my hair short again they were there. i have found a possible common relation to our situations. i too suffer from stress and anxiety so it may very well be that this is what it is.
