They probably are just pimples, especially since they occur on both the upper and lower lips. I guess for complete assurance you'd need to see a doctor when they're fresh (or maybe take a good photo to show someone.) But they don't sound like cold sores.
I have a problem as well. A FEW Days ago...i got a bump/pimple like thing on my upper lip right by the skin and lip where they meet. and...Its been like 4 days...hasnt gotten any bigger or smaller for that matter. Doesnt hurt and it hasnt popped doesnt look like a blister of any kind....could it still be herpes?
