Large Bumps on childs feet

My son is 6 and has 3-4 large tender, raised areas on each foot.  Specifically, on the pads of 2 toes and the ball of one foot and the lateral edge of the other foot.  2 of them look like small clear filled sacs under the skin and the others are dried and callused with a larger diameter than the sacs, but are tender just the same.  The tissue is firm and raised/swollen around each of these areas.  Any suggestions as to what this might be or how to treat?

Although I am far from sure based on your description, these could be plantar warts.  I suggest you ask your pediatrician.  Warts go away on their own, but you can treat them with over-the-counter products containing salicylic acid.  But you should find out for sure first what they are.
