Large Male Areola

I'm sorry I'm new to this website and didn't know where or how to post this question! I have got rather large areolas! Specificly my left one. When I get cold of course they get hard and look normal but my nipples really hender my comfort level to go without wearing a t-shirt! What can I do about this? What is it called? Can I take medication for it, does it require surgery? What can I do- I'm really hendered about my problem Please help!
