Hi. Clinique make a large range of pore-minimising products.
For rosacea, try Clinique's Redness Solutions daily moisturising cream which lessens the appearance of facial veins and redness.
La Roche-Posay make a good range for rosacea called Rosaliac.
If store bought products are of limited benefit see your doctor for topical metronidazole or oral oxytetracycline, both of which are helpful for rosacea.
Eloise.

Hi,

Although there is no way to eliminate rosacea altogether, effective treatment can relieve its signs and symptoms. Most often this requires a combination of prescription treatments and certain self-care measures on your part. Moisturizers, soaps, sunscreens and other products are used to improve the health of your skin. Doctors often prescribe topical antibiotics to treat rosacea, more for their anti-inflammatory properties than to kill bacteria.  Oral antibiotics are also prescribed because they tend to work faster than topical ones.  The duration of your treatment depends on the type and severity of your symptoms, but typically you'll notice an improvement within one to two months. Because symptoms may recur if you stop taking medications, long-term regular treatment is often necessary.

Take care and regards.
