Large possible bug bite, acne, something? No idea what this is?

Hi... In the past few days I've noticed this weird looking bug bite, acne, or something else on my back. I can't tell you when I got it originally but i know it had to be within the last week. I didn't notice it until last Thursday, Friday time. So about four days ago. The photo was taken today (so four days after finding it).

Basically its scaring the crap out of me because I showed it to my father and he was acting like it was skin cancer or something.

Any help would be awesome.

Unfortunately there was no picture but it can be due to folliculitis, acne on the back or due to shingles if they are present on the back in a straight line. Apply warm compresses, Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it. You can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. If the lumps persist then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.
