Larger, itchy red spots on legs / face

This is kind of a 2 part question: I've never had anything worse than mild acne when I was 13-15 yrs old, & now at 20 yrs old I'm starting to get these sore, kind of itchy, pimple looking things on my face. They dont really have puss or a white head or anything they are more resembling to mosquito bites. The problem is they wont heal or go away I've had 2 on my chin area for almost a month and a half now & 2 more just popped up on my right jaw line about 4 days ago.
Also, I seem to be getting the same style of bumps on my shins/calves/knees/back of knees, nothing on the thighs or anything. They start out raised, itchy, sore, and red once I notice one and scratch at it the whole top comes off revealing a largeish sore with yellowish coloring after scabbing. They are super annoying, and being on my face is starting to get super old. Help me?

From the symptoms, boils should be ruled out. You need to consult your physician if there is  pus and it is not draining by itself. Even if it is draining still you need to consult your physician so he can prescribe you antibiotics and give you antiseptic solution for cleaning. Maintaining proper hygiene in that area and avoiding wearing tight clothes is the key to preventing such boils in the future.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
