Laser Treatment on Facial Veins

by The_MV, Oct 27, 2008 08:10AM
Hello Doctor,

I was inquiring about getting laser treatment on some visible veins under my eyes. Lasers however can only go so close under the eye.

One of the veins under my right eye extends very close to under my eye which I know a laser can not go.

So my question is if part of a vein is lasered, will it collapse and remove the entire vein or only the part that got lasered?

If the remaining part of the vein does stay, will lasering half of it make the remaining part worse and more visible?

Thanks,

The_MV
