Laser treatment

Hello.
About one year ago I had a laser treatment on my face. Unfortunately, the doctor who made it for me overdid the shots and now a year later I still have redness on these spots. Although its not as read as it used to be, but it still didn't fade away. I saw a different doctor after my first session and he is still treating me for the scars and the redness. My concern is that the mild redness in my face is still visible and its not gone yet. Will this ever go away or is it a permanent case ? I'm really upset about this situation I'm in.
