Leukocytoclastic vasculitis

I had done skin biopsy and the result say I got leukocytoclastic vasculitis.
I did blood test too. My results show:

I feel headache for few seconds, feels walls are moving, i get rashes when  in my feet and leg, my feet becomes cold., I feel small million tiny bumps on back of back. I have stop taking iron tablets for one week and Vitamin C. Now, I am 30 years old. Could any one help me regarding this matter?
